In May 2025, you will receive a formal invitation to the wedding. When you receive it, come back here to RSVP (tell us whether you can attend), choose your meal, and request plus-ones!
Where is the wedding?
The wedding is being hosted at Nichols Heir, the Glass House, in Sevierville, TN. The address is 1187 New Era Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862.
What time should I arrive?
Cocktail hour begins at 1pm, which you may optionally attend. That leaves you time to get lunch before arriving. The ceremony begins at 3pm.
Is there a registry?
No. We've lived together for several years, and we have everything we could need or want. Instead, bring cards and (optionally) cash or checks, which will go toward our honeymoon in Japan.
What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal. Please take a look at the "Dress Code" section for inspiration!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both! The cocktail hour and ceremony are outdoors, dinner is indoors, and the reception is hybrid. So, dress for the weather!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
No photos during the ceremony. We have a photographer, and we don't want your ugly phones in the picture! :-) Photos are allowed any other time.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
No, unless specified otherwise in your invitation. If invited, their names should be listed on the envelope, or something like "Smith Family" was written on the envelope. If you would like to request an exception, please reach out to Morgan and Amul.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
No, but you will be able to request a plus-one when you RSVP in May. Not all plus-ones will be accepted due to seating and cost constraints.
Is there a hotel block?
No. We have some recommendations on the Lodging tab of this website. Unique to the area, there are a ton of cabins and lodges that can be rented for large groups. This is a good approach if you want to stay with friends and potentially save some money! This area is very touristy, so we recommend reserving your hotel or lodge far in advance.
Is there a shuttle from the hotel block?
No, there will not be a shuttle available. Be sure to have a designated driver or access to ride sharing apps.
Is there parking at the venue site?
Yes, there is plenty of parking right in front of the Glass House. Follow "Glass House" signs to the parking lot.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes! Restrooms are available to guests. We will also have plenty of seating.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes, there will be an open bar with a server on site until 7pm.
Am I allowed to bring my own alcoholic drinks or substances?
No, that is against the policies of our venue, and we could be fined if we do not adhere. Please, do not bring your own alcoholic beverages or substances.
Will there be food served?
Yes. You must choose your desired meal when you RSVP. There will be snacks and water provided throughout the entire event.
Is the wedding venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The venue is easily navigable, and large restrooms are available for use.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please share your restrictions and allergies when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
How do I request accommodations for disabilities?
Please ask for accommodations when you RSVP or contact Morgan and Amul.
What is the weather like in Tennessee in October?
