Our first winter formal. Noah made our corsage and boutonniere. Morgan bought this dress for $15 and will always brag about the price.

Our last prom. We both agreed that our first prom (junior year) had better vibes. Amul kept yelling at Morgan for deleting "ugly" photos. Morgan also likes to boast how THIS dress was $20.

One of our many meet-in-the-middle trips during college. Here, we met in Elizabethtown, KY, where we rented our first Airbnb (back when they were cheap and awesome). We made a black cat friend and vowed to get our own cat in the future.

A photo from the last stop of our California trip. We drove Amul's family car from Evansville, IN --> Kansas City, MO --> Buena Vista, CO --> Flagstaff, AZ --> San Diego, CA. To date, this is still our favorite trip together.

This day, Amul got his US Citizenship. We celebrated in the most American ways we could think of---burgers from a diner nearby, a shooting range on our way home, a Nepal flag cake, and a "BBQ, Beer, Freedom" tank top surrounded by friends.

A summer visit to Chicago. Lounged in the grass and walked to the Navy Pier. Had a small photo shoot when we were still obsessed with taking pictures together. I think we have more photos of our cats on our phones now... 😁

One of our last visits to an Indiana corn maze. Amul compares every corn maze in Tennessee to this one. Morgan bought him this sweater, and it's still one of her favorites. Don't worry, she's bought him more sweaters since then.

Vacation in San Francisco and visiting Amul's parents in San Diego. We rented an airstream parked in someone's backyard in San Fran, and we prowled the beach with his family in San Diego.

Our fifth annual Dashain celebration. One of the ten-million photos that Mamu and Baba took. Amul got his first big-boy job after college, and we were feeling very lucky to be able to visit California so often.

One of our few Halloweens dressed up. I think every year we re-use the Spiderman outfits. One year we got creative and were Jesse Pinkman and Walter White. We'll let you guess who was who.

We attended our first high-school friend's wedding; Mariam and Spencer! It felt like we were all growing up. Before we knew it, they welcomed their first baby, Piya! How time flies...

Our 7-year anniversary in Asheville. We think about this place a lot. Almost considered selling our kidneys to host our wedding here.

And of course, our 8th anniversary. We enjoy splurging on the occasional fancy hotel. We drove downtown after 8 inches of snow fell, and we were trapped in our house for a week!

Celebrating our engagement in Nepal. Morgan is dressed in a lehenga, and Amul is in a daura-suruwal. We were so lucky and feel so grateful to have visited his family; for him, it was the first time in 12 years.
